Couples
Couples coaching is appropriate for couples at varying stages of partnership whether you are in a committed relationship, boyfriend or girlfriend, engaged, recently married, married for decades, or considering separating.
Couples coaching is for opposite or same-sex couples,. Engaging in couples coaching will provide you and your partner with the support and insight needed to understand and work through your relationship difficulties. You will learn tools to better manage conflicts, identity and avoid repeating patterns, and develop effective communication skills.
Couple’s coaching is solution-focused and supportive. You will have the opportunity to explore feelings that may be undermining your communication and uncover ways of thinking that may be preventing you and your partner from deeply connecting. Through couple’s therapy you and your partner will begin to reconnect with the desire that brought you together and rebuild a sense of trust and admiration.
Coaching can address the full range of concerns that couples experience during the lifetime of a relationship, such as:
- Affairs & being unfaithful
- Blended family & step-family issues
- Communication skills
- Dealing with addiction
- Deciding to break-up or break-through
- Feelings of anger & betrayal
- Intimacy & trust-building
- Issues arising from previous relationships
- Parenting “on the same page”
- Sexual disagreement
- Spiritual or religious differences
- Stress due to time, money, & work
- Working through changes in mid-life
Premarital Therapy
Premarital therapy provides couples with a safe place to openly discuss expectations, desires, needs, and concerns. You will be given the opportunity to discuss sensitive topics that are easily overlooked, such as sex, money, children, roles, in-laws, and religion. Premarital therapy can help make for a smooth transition into marriage and build a strong foundation for a fulfilling and enduring connection.
Teens & Young Adults
Therapist are genuine in their approach when working with clients ranging in age from adolescents to young adults. We take time to understand each individual we work with as the individual they are by paying attention to how they express themselves through dress, language, music and culture. Rather than giving an abundance of advice or opinions, your therapist will simply invite a conversation and really listen.
By respecting the opinions of adolescents and young adults, therapists provide a safe place for young adults in therapy to make healthy life choices by exploring aspects of themselves, developing critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills, and clarifying what matters to them most.
Families
Family members impact one another in many obvious and not-so-obvious ways. Family conflicts, if not resolved, can hang on for decades and continue to cause friction and disruption. Family members find resolutions to the challenges that disrupted family harmony. As therapists, we assist family members in their efforts to identify and understand the issues and develop strategies for managing them in ways that result in healthier relationships.
Some of the issues that are commonly addressed in Family Therapy include:
- Parent/Child Conflict
- Adolescent Issues
- Sibling Relationship Issues
- Grief and Loss Issues
Today’s families come in all types. Whether your family is same sex, opposite sex, blended, non-binary or adopted, family therapy can provide much needed support during times of transition and change.
No matter your family’s makeup, our therapeutic approach is the same: we invite conversation so we can understand the circumstances surrounding the conflict and tension in the home and develop a plan of action to get you back on track. Therapists don’t prescribe change, offer advice or make judgments. Rather, we provide personalized and focused guidance to help your family work as a team to identify what’s important to you, and learn the skills needed to work towards your goals.
Children
Childhood is typically a time for creative imagination, fun and excitement. However, children can be impacted by a number of life stressors which deeply affect their ability to just be a kid. Therapist can help your child develop problem-solving skills and coping strategies to more effectively manage the challenges that they face.
LGBTQ+ Services
Therapy provide compassionate care to members of the LGTBTQ+ community and those who are questioning in a supportive and affirming environment. We understand the importance of establishing trust and building a partnership that is based on mutual understanding and respect.

Couples therapy to same-sex couples as well as individuals and couples of all marital statues and genders. You will learn strategies to rebuild trust, emotionally reconnect with your partner, and develop a shared meaning for your future.
Teletherapy
Tele therapy is a positive outlet to learn ways to cope with emotions, help you build resilience and develop skills for flexibility during this time of crisis, and beyond.
Teletherapy Services
As news surrounding the coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve, Therapy is taking proactive measures to reduce exposure, and to be a resource for you during this difficult time.
We believe in the significant value of in-person therapy sessions. However, the current situation calls on us all to implement measures to support the well-being of our community. Therapeutic care is offered remotely through video and audio, or audio (phone) communication. This type of service delivery, called teletherapy, or online therapy, holds the same purpose as traditional in-person therapy and is provided through secure, HIPAA-compliant technology platforms.
